• Arrange regular meetings or discussions to enable both parties to share research results, reach consensus, plan processes, and identify next steps of work
The PowerHelm team will frequently interact with clients, rather than engaging in one-time interactions
The close collaboration of PowerHelm team members will help the client team further improve their problem-solving skills and learn analytical methods, which will enhance the organization's internal capabilities and improve its ability to solve other potential problems in the future.
